STYLE BOXES
Send up to 5 pieces for your client to try on at home! This is great for virtual appointments or send to yourself to save time pulling in-person.
Commission: 15-20%, based upon Keep Rate (see details below)
Item Limit per Box: 3 pairs of shoes, 1 belt, 1 accessory (such as a bag, flask, etc.)
Shipping ETA: 3-5 Days. All orders are shipped ground and any expedited requests need approval and the stylist is responsible for the cost of the shipping.
***All items coming from Di Bianco require a signature. If you'd like to request to opt-out of the signature requirement please let us know, we and we will issue a request.Please note that on any requests to opt of a signature requirement the stylist/client assumes responsibility for loss or stolen packages.
Turnaround Time Requirement: The box must be shipped back on or before the 5th day from when it was delivered to avoid a charge in full. **Stylist Tip: The day the box ships, schedule a virtual consultation for the day after it’s delivered. They’ll be ready to ship back a day early!

0-50% of box items kept: 15% commission
51%-75% of box items kept: 17% commission
76%-100% of box items kept: 20% commission
Di Bianco SALE & RETURN POLICY
Once an item has been purchased via a Style Box, it is exchange only.
For any items either “not kept” from the Style Box, or, to be exchanged, the items must be in good condition with original boxes and all tags. Please make sure to relay this to your client prior to sending the box so they are aware! Shoes and belts must be in unworn condition and packaged in sellable condition. If any items are returned in unacceptable condition, the product will be returned to you and your customer will be charged. This is a more lenient policy than their website, but many shoe brands will require this. Thanks for your help here!
Restocking or $0 BOX FEES
Restocking Fee ($0 Boxes): $30 for any Style Box that is returned with $0 kept. It is rare nothing is kept, however, this fee is required by our partners to ensure their fulfillment and shipping costs are not lost.

About Di bianco
Scarpe is shoes in Italian and Bianco is the founder’s family name. The Scarpe di Bianco™ footwear collection offers classic shoes with modern twists. The combination of timeless models with contemporary colors, and updated styling with traditional details, leads to decidedly current yet elegant models.
Scarpe di Bianco™ uses the finest materials and handmade workmanship to produce Norwegian and Goodyear welted Benchmade shoes, as well as shoes in Black Rapid construction. The extreme emphasis to detail is notable in the rich colors and burnishes applied to the finished calf skins. The production is acutely artisanal in nature witnessed by the fact that no more than 25 pairs are produced per day.
Scarpe di Bianco™ grew out of the passion for beautiful footwear and the aim to offer a modern update to the plethora of classic shoes being made. We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy designing and crafting them.

Q: HOW IS di bianco DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PARTNERS?
A: Scarpe di Bianco offers the highest quality, classic shoes with a modern twist. Di Bianco shoes are handmade with premium materials and a combination of timeless models with contemporary colors.
Q: HOW DO di bianco STYLE BOXES LOOK WHEN THEY ARRIVE TO MY CLIENT?
A: The boxes arrive in plain, non-branded packaging with basic information inside: Rag & Bone will include your branded “packing slip” (your logo and all!) with an item list for your client and instructions for try on and shipping back inside the box!
Q: CAN I ADD OTHER ITEMS ONTO A di bianco STYLE BOX INVOICE MYSELF?
A: You can add CUSTOM or SERVICE items onto your Style Box invoice, but not other Ready-to-Wear items, and no “credits” (negative misc. items). You can use our Shopping Extension to make it super easy!
Q: CAN I ADD ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT PARTNERS INTO THE SAME STYLE BOX INVOICE?
A: See above - please do not put items from different Garmentier partners onto the same invoice! You may send a Style Box from multiple partners to your client simultaneously, but, they cannot be combined into one invoice, and will not be shipped together.
Q: CAN GARMENTIER SCHEDULE FEDEX OR UPS PICK-UPS FOR ME OR MY CLIENTS?
A: Currently, we’re unable to schedule pick-ups for boxes as it is a paid service from UPS and FedEx. However, if you’d like to extend that to your clients yourself, you’re welcome to!
Q: WHY DON’T EXTRA DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONAL SALES APPLY WHEN SHOPPING FROM VARIOUS PARTNERS?
A: Each partner has their own policies regarding sale and commissions - we’re just here to respect them! Because our partners are providing a free service for Style Boxes as well as commission, they do not have the margin to pay out commission on sale items - especially when a promotion is going on! We promise we’ll always do our best to give you and your clients the best prices and experiences possible, while being respectful to the needs of our partners. Have specific questions? Q: WHY IS THERE A RESTOCK FEE FOR $0 BOXES?
A: Retailers expend time, money and resources to prep, package, and ship pulls or style boxes. When these pulls or boxes come back back as a full-return, the retailer loses money - and we want to protect your ability to continue to work with them! In order to maintain great partnerships, it’s our job to ensure we are all carefully curating what’s sent out or pulled - and that enabling you to sell for them helps, not hurts, all parties.
Q: DO MOST STYLISTS CHARGE THEIR CLIENTS A FEE FOR THE STYLE BOX SERVICE?
A: We won’t tell you what to do, but if you want our opinion: if it takes you time, it’s a billable service! Shopping online for clients is just as much of an effort as anything else - albeit, a smaller time commitment (which is why we love it!). Yes, you’ll make commission, and that’s great - but you are spending time curating pieces for your clientele. Don’t undervalue your expertise or be afraid to charge for your Style Box service! As for how much - you’ll know what’s right.
