STYLE BOXES
Send up to 4 pieces for your client to try on at home! This is great for virtual appointments, or send to yourself to save time pulling in-person. Great for clients who live in remote locations.
Commission: 15-20%, based upon Keep Rate
Item Limit per Box: 4 (up to 4 pairs of shoes)
Shipping: Ground, expedited available upon request.
Turnaround Time: Must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery
How to Shop: In the Garmentier Shop Tab, select Send a Style Box with Tamara Mellon as the partner. A new Style Box invoice will be created in your client’s profile. Shop otdnyc.com by adding products to your Style Box invoice with the GXT.
IN-STORE PULLS & APPOINTMENTS
Want to bring your client in to shop, or pull for an off-site appointment? Now you can! This white-glove experience provides a seamless, elevated way to work with your clients. Great commissions, too!
Commission: 15% In-Store, 15-20% for Pulls based on Keep Rate
Pulls - Item Limit & Time Limit: 6 items max, return pull within 3 days
Book By: 6pm the evening prior
Use your Garmentier Stylist ID to check in at the store! Your client’s card must be on file in Garmentier for an appointment or pull to be approved. Read HERE for in-store pull and appointment policies.
AFFILIATE SHOPPING
Shop online with your client’s cards (or you own!) through your Shop page in Garmentier to get great commission kickbacks. Use Proposals and Look Books for easy selling tools.

Payout Schedule: 90 Days
Sale Policy: All items are purchased by you or your client through the Tamara Mellon site, and are priced as marked.

PULLS & IN-STORE APPOINTMENTS: Once an item has been purchased via Style Box, Pull , or Appointment, it is exchange only.
ONLINE AFFILIATE SHOPPING: Normal Tamara Mellon return policy applies.
RESTOCKING FEES (only charged if nothing is kept from a pull): $25
This fee is required by our partners to ensure their fulfillment and staffing costs are not lost.

Q: WHY IS THERE A RESTOCK FEE FOR $0 PULLS?
A: Retailers expend time, money and resources to prep, package, and check out pulls for you. When these pulls come back back as a full-return, the retailer loses time, money, and product availability to other customers. To protect everyone’s ability to continue to work with our partners, it’s our job to ensure that enabling you to sell for them helps, not hurts, all parties. Curate carefully - most stylists have amazing keep rates.
Q: CAN I ADD ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT PARTNERS INTO THE SAME PULL INVOICE?
A: Not yet! This will be available in soon.
Q: WHAT ABOUT EXTRA DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONAL SALES?
A: Each partner has their own policies regarding sale and commissions, sale, and promotions - we’re just here to respect them! Because our partners are providing a free service for Pulls & Appointments, as well as great commissions, they may not have the margin to pay out the same commission on sale items. We promise we’ll always do our best to give you and your clients the best prices and experiences possible, while being respectful to the needs of our partners. Have specific questions on this? Q: CAN I ADD OTHER ITEMS ONTO A tamara mellon PULL INVOICE?
A: You can add a STYLING SERVICE item onto your Pull invoice, but not other Custom or Ready-to-Wear items, and no “credits” (negative misc. items).
