WHAT are CRM tools?

Our client management tools allow you to neatly (and securely) store your clientele and all their information in Garmentier. Keep track of your client’s contact information, credit card, address, and sizing.

Ok… Why should I use it?

Uploading your clientele is the first step to using Garmentier. Your clients are your business which is why you need all their information on file for quick access.

The Instructions:

  1. In the Client’s Tab of Garmentier, click + New Client

  2. Fill out all client information and select save

  3. In your client’s new profile, update sizing & measurements

  4. Add Address and Credit Card to complete their profile!

Want To Bulk Upload Clients?

Follow these steps:

  1. First, download our CSV template

    1. Add Client information

    2. Export as .csv file

    3. Upload in Garmentier platform

  2. Head the Clients Tab in Garmentier

  3. Select +Upload CSV from the upper right-hand corner

  4. Click Browse, select your CSV file with all your client information, then click Upload

  • View the customer's product ratings and feedback

Let your customers tell you what they want.

  • Empower your customers to tell you what they're in the market for to open up dialogue, so you can deliver on what they want most. The new Wishlists & Get Recommendations features on Garmentier's Client App:

    • Enables customers to add Wishlist items they're "in search" of via URL's, pictures & descriptions

    • Adds the "Wishlist" items directly to the customer's "Shopping List" in the Garmentier CRM

    • Creates Reminders for your associates to shop the requested items for customers

    • "But what about customers who aren't sure what they're looking for?" Our app prompts customers without specific items in mind to request shopping suggestions (a look book!), or book an appointment with your store team!

  • With GarmentierClient, your customers shop and help you get to know them better - all in a few quick clicks. Clients can:

    • Shop multiple "outfits" and product recommendations in a look book

    • Give feedback on items to help you learn their style

    • Buy recommended products directly on your site with one click
